My fiancée and I moved into one of the penthouses a week ago, and we couldn’t be happier! The building is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views, top-tier amenities, and an exceptional staff who are always kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. It’s a perfect environment for entrepreneurs, with thoughtfully designed workspaces available throughout the building. We also love the convenience of keyless entry, making access seamless and secure. The ability to grant guests entry via phone without handing out physical fobs adds another layer of ease and security. Overall, it’s an incredible place to live and work!

Let me just start my review by saying that Shemelle was the best leasing agent ever!  She was simply amazing and represented the Rivr Lofts brand very well, indeed!  She greeted me with an amazing , warm smile and was ready for me the moment I arrived.  That's impressive given that most of my other tours made me wait some time.  That's not a good look, ijs.  Anyway, we got off to a great start because Shemelle set the atmosphere for a very successful, informative, fun tour!  I love this new apt. community and everything about it.  The units were very nice and the features were high end, good quality.  The view from the units that I preferred were great as was the views from the penthouse units that I toured.  Shemelle made me want it with the way she showed such great enthusiasm and authenticity!  She sold me on the entire apt community as well as the owners who I'm convinced because of her sharing that the ownership also sets this community apart from the others.  I had not even considered this point, so great job Shemelle!  The gym is absolutely amazing and the view from the gym is breathtaking!  Who wouldn't want to spend their days in the gym given this top of the line gym, and all of the brand new, quality equipment.  It's a great vibe in the gym!  Security appears to be great as well in the apt. community, which is appreciated.  While this community is absolutely in our top 3, there are a few concerns such as the railroad tracks.  However, the railroad tracks may not likely be an issue for us, since we would only live in a unit on the highest floors.  The surrounding community looks a little suspect, though.  I do wish the apt. bldg. was even closer to the New River and happenings.  It is however, close enough to the river, so, I'd just have to get used to the surrounding businesses and residential area to feel comfortable.  Overall, Shemelle made the difference for me in how she highlighted all of the amazing reasons why we would love living there, thus, it is highly in the running as our next amazing apt. home! Thanks for a great tour and a great new property!
